1. Scope of Services

Krishana coder provides bespoke website development, Android application engineering, custom software solutions, admin dashboard setups, and digital maintenance. Each engagement begins with a documented project scope outlining specific milestones and technical deliverables.

2. Quotations & Pricing

Package rates displayed on our website represent standard starting estimates. Official quotations provided after requirement review specify the binding scope of work and agreed milestone fees. Quotations remain valid for 30 calendar days from issuance.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon full settlement of agreed project payments, the client assumes 100% full intellectual property ownership of the custom frontend code, project assets, and database architecture developed specifically for their project. Open-source libraries and foundational platforms (such as the Firebase SDK) remain governed by their respective public licenses.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide necessary text content, high-resolution media assets, logo files, and milestone approvals in a timely manner. Project delivery estimates are subject to prompt feedback and asset provision.

5. Warranty & Maintenance

All custom code includes a complimentary post-deployment warranty period (as designated in your package) covering rectification of any software bugs or layout regressions. Extended maintenance contracts are available for ongoing security updates and continuous feature additions.

6. Governing Law

These terms and all related client agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Jharkhand, India.
